LPG CEO Featured in Study on Toledo’s Rising Rent Trends

Toledo’s rental market has seen significant changes in recent years, with rents climbing more than 40% in just four years, according to a new study by Rentometer. Despite these increases, Toledo still ranks as one of the most affordable cities for single-family rental homes in the Midwest.

In a recent news article covering the study, LPG’s CEO, Jackelyn Lee, shared her perspective on what this means for local renters.

“Our three-bedrooms start at $1,200,” said Lee. “It depends on the amenities. For example, one of our Fairfax Road properties doesn’t include air conditioning but features stainless steel appliances. It’s a reasonable and affordable place to call home. When you start adding a garage or certain school districts, the pricing varies.”

Lee also noted that demand for rentals in Toledo remains high, with some LPG listings receiving dozens of inquiries within days of being posted. Families looking to upgrade and newcomers relocating to Toledo are driving much of this demand.

As a property management company handling over 500 rental homes across the region, LPG continues to focus on providing newly renovated, high-quality housing options that balance affordability with modern amenities.
